To become a vendor at the 2008 Pet Expo, review the Important Form Instructions section and then complete the online Pet Expo Vendor Form below. This form helps us collect information about your group/business, and your booth choices.


Important Form Instructions
:
  1. Review the Wisconsin Expo Center Floor Plan and decide on your top three booth choices. Write the booth numbers on a piece of paper so you can refer to your numbers later.

  2. Review the Vendor Booth Assignments page on the A.W.A.R.E. website to determine what other vendors are in your area before you finalize your booth choices.

  3. Complete the online Pet Expo Vendor Form to the right and the Pet Expo Vendor Agreement form.

  4. Make your check payable to: A.W.A.R.E. and mail to:

When AWARE receives your payment, you are assigned a number. The number you get is the order in which you can choose your space. You can go online everyday and visit the Vendor Booth Assignments page on the A.W.A.RE site to view booth assignments.

If you decide to change your booth location after it's been assigned, a change fee of $10 will be added.


Important
: We cannot guarantee booth spaces. Booths will be assigned on a first come first serve basis in the order the payment (not your Pet Expo Vendor form) is received.

Premium Space
All vendors have the option of selecting a Premium Space. Premium spaces are marked with a "P" on the Sports Complex Floor plan.
$225.00 - First 10x10 booth
$200.00 - Connecting booth
 
Corner Booths
Add an additional $50.00 to your booth rental cost if you choose a corner booth. (This will be waived upon successful recruitment and payment from a new vendor. A new vendor will be defined as someone who has not been solicited by A.W.A.R.E. in the past.)

Extras
Electricity:
 $110.00 per line.  Ordered through the WI Expo Center
 $10.00 Skirted covered table and two chairs.  Ordered through Wisconsin Exposition Services.
Packets for above services will be mailed in January.  Payment for
electricity will go through Wisconsin Expo Center.  Payment for tables
and chairs will go through Wisconsin Exposition Services.
